Coaching Agreement for
Success Blueprint

The client has expressed their willingness to sign up for the Success Blueprint program and LienKay Coaching has agreed to onboard the client for the said program.

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

LienKay Coaching, commits to delivering the services enumerated herein this contract while the Client understands the work that is expected to come from his/her own time and efforts to be able to produce the output s/he desires.

 

Moreover, the Client must understand that ALL the Terms and Conditions written in the agreements in this contract stands true and binding hence must be read and fully understood upon the Client’s signing of the forms.

 

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

 

The Coaching program is offered for a 12-week period from the initial coaching session and cannot be terminated from the client’s side until the full program is completed.

 

However, if the client shows a lack of respect, unwillingness to learn, does not show up, the coach may decide to give the client a written warning and if the behaviour persist, the coach reserves the right to terminate the contract. If this happens, the client will not be issued a pro-rated refund, however, s/he will be able to keep all materials issued to him/her over the course of the program.

 

Both parties agree that should either party intentionally or maliciously cause severe damage to the other, if this happens this contract may be terminated at any point

 

THE PROGRAM

Below we have included the breakdown of the Success Blueprint Program. Anything not included in this breakdown is not under the obligation of LienKay Coaching.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Client has been issued the full Success Blueprint program, on the payment terms outlined in his/her invoice, with relevant payment terms and due dates.

 

In the event of any delay in payment, LienKay Coaching reserves the right to suspend access to the program & all other benefits offered under the program.

 

The invoice will determine the exact final payment amount and terms. All sales and deposits are final and non-refundable

 

COACHING PROCEDURE AND CANCELLATIONS

The coaching program will be conducted in 1-2 hour time slots within 12 weeks which will include 24 hours worth of coaching sessions. The dates and times are to be mutually agreed upon.

 

Cancellations will be accepted only if made 48 hours before. If not, the coach reserves the right to bill the client for the missed session/s.

 

PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

All your interactions with this organization are solely with and on behalf of LienKay Coaching. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our website, shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

 

LienKay Coaching agrees not to share client details with any outside parties and prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected for.

 

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

All the information, tools, log-ins, strategies are solely for the client and his/her personal growth and benefit and shall not be used to re-sell, re-share or use commercially without the consent of LienKay Coaching.

 

YOUR FINANCIAL DETAILS

If paying by credit/debit cards, IGC Solutions Pvt Ltd will hold your credit card details to continue to take agreed payments, and the financial details will be protected at all times.

LIABILITY

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

AFFORDABILITY

Upon becoming a client, you declare that you are not financially strapped and it is our understanding that you are only spending money that you can afford to lose. You are not in any financial trouble and becoming a client and paying our fee will not put you in any financial difficulty. This is not a decision you’re making under duress.

 

INDEPENDENCE

You have assessed fully the risks and all parts of the program, completed all due diligence on the company and have taken any independent advice necessary to make this decision to become a client independently and this decision to become a client is solely yours.

This contract and your acceptance of these terms of business will be binding upon receipt of your payment.
